With all the foreclosures, happening all over, the United States, SOmething Has GOT TO CHange. I dont think its right, that the BANKS, can take out a bail out, from the government & NOT SHARE, with those, who really tried to pay the mortgage, im guessing 99.9% , did not want to lose their farm, that has been in the family for years. Us Urban /city dwellers, whatever the case , our parents land & home: we dont want to be homeless. None of us do. I feel, in most cases, they need to give the people their homes back. What ? Do we want to become a 3rd world country? It wont happen to you? Perhaps someone you know, afterall, there is over 330 Foreclosusers here in Kitsap county! Now the “ACCIDENTAL FORECLOSURES”, & other mistakes…I SAY FORGIVE THE PEOPLE ALL THEIR DEBTS,FOR GOD’s Sake, just give them the ir home back!

Banks need to work with home owners on a much more personal level. Banks are not in the home owning business and you would think they would try and keep people in their homes. Why not give them a grace period and tack on the amount owed to the end of the loan? We need to figure things out and fast. I clean out foreclosed homes and it’s sad seeing kids toys and family photos behind. Please put me out of business!!! I would rather have people in their homes then my business. I am an entrepreneur at heart and can always find another business to start. Lets do something people and get this econmy back on track!

Why is it that mortgage banks often forge ahead in foreclosing homes without verifying first if they got the correct address? Either they’re just heartless they don’t care if people end up homeless or they’re just showing off how they could violate people’s rights and get away with it. With many “unlawful foreclosures” happening everywhere, homeowners need to increase their awareness about how to avoid or stop foreclosure.

Wrongful Foreclosure
Accidental foreclosures are completely avoidable and it’s literally a crime for banks to be doing this to honest hardworking people. Great coverage on a topic that I’m sure will come up again.

I am the recent victim of an accidential forclosure and sale. They actually sold my home at auction. I have had to hire a lawyer $ 10,000 and now they are trying to evict me from my own home. Is there a lawyer that specializes in this . I need help ASAP I live in Los Angeles County, California It is just a nightmare, and the courts do not want to help you at all.
