		<description>That&#039;s a bunch of Hype. Don&#039;t believe it. Prices are down but the banks that own these properties aren&#039;t letting go for half price. Atleast not in the south. The multibid offers are inflating the prices so dramatically that it lesses the ability to invest back into the property that has been so heavily run down. Don&#039;t believe the hype and bid so high on a property that it doesn&#039;t make sense to invenst into to bring it back to life.</description>
