Thanks for the resource guys! This is surely a help for those that are just getting started in the tax lien game…
Curious, do you know of any good resources for commercial tax lien investing? All of my experience is in the residential side of things, but I´ve heard the commercial market is much more lucrative (as Ive found true for other types of investing i.e. buy and hold, rehab, etc.).
