Real estate quote: Florida foreclosures spur bargain hunting
June 23, 2008 in Florida Foreclosure Homes, Real Estate Quote by Foreclosure.com2 comments
“There’s a lot of bargain-hunting going on right now. Florida is one of the harder-hit states as far as the values dropping. Orlando is probably one of the harder-hit areas in Florida. It’s more transient, and there was a lot more speculation in the ‘04-’05-’06 time frame.”
– Foreclosure.com Director of Real Estate Owned (REO), Glen Daniels, shares his expert thoughts with the Orlando Sentinel on the foreclosure situation and real estate market in Florida. To check out Florida foreclosed homes and amazing deals click here.

This is a great post that shows how people can turn this seemingly disastrous situation around. You’re not the only one in foreclosure! Many have already lost their homes to the bank and since banks are not in the home ownership business they are willing to sell off these homes way below market value. This post shows how foreclosed homes are an amazing deal, and everyone can take advantage of this.

. Foreclosure is something that can happen to anybody in any financial income bracket, it is embarrassing and it does not discriminate. Foreclosure is not something that you should hide from in hopes that it will go away, it won’t. I was able to prevent foreclosure by contacting mortgagebuyerbasics.com Getting started was easy and private. They were helpful in answering any and I questions that I had about foreclosure and the options I had to prevent it. All consultations are free and there is no pressure.
