		<description>I have three properties in Florida available for short sale, but I do not see how it will be easy to make these happen. Sharon, how are you doing it? The banks that I have talked with just do not seem interested. They still just are &quot;going by the book&quot;. 
If anyone else besides Sharon has had success with a short sale, let me and my readers know.
