This “Little House” has generated significant buzz on the Internet and in the media because of its unusual size — it’s essentially built in a narrow driveway (laneway). Ellen DeGeneres even made a phone call during her talk show to inquire about its availability.
The 312-square foot home was recently on the market for a little more than $170,000. Proof that big good things often come in small packages.

Wow, I wonder if the sale price was becase it is considered the worlds smallest house, or if somone actualy purchased to live in it?

It is the priority of the people behind mortgage assistance companies to give mortgage clients the relief they greatly need when they are facing a foreclosure problem. A lot of people have already been given this opportunity to live comfortably although they are in a “problematic†loan.

Definitely a reflection of the economy as a whole. Not only housing prices drop but the collapse of the credit markets. Eventually we will ride out this problem, but if you have cash now there are some bargains to be had.
