This four-bedroom home is set in suburbs just outside Raleigh, N.C. It’s relatively new construction (2002) and sold for $410,000 just last year. Talk about a great opportunity to get into a beautiful house in a prime location at a bargain price. It’s even possible that the broker will accept less than listing price. Call him. His name is Tom.
