		<description>Actually, sellers DO have a way to qualify potential buyers: They can simply ask a letter of pre-approval from the buyer&#039;s lender. If I were an FSBO seller I would definitely want to know whether I was dealing with an able buyer. If a buyer weren&#039;t interested in showing me some type of proof then I wouldn&#039;t waste my time.</description>
