<description>3-11-11 I am a small business owner with a dairy farm. I have never missed a payment. I have never been late. I have never been a penny short. My payments are auto debit and come out automatically every month. My assets are well over my debt. I was and still am current on all my bills with all my vendors. Bank of America filed for foreclosure on me anyways and confiscated my milk checks because they don’t want agriculture loans anymore. The only way to get my milk check back was to file chapter 11. I have been turned down by 10-12 banks trying to refinance because I am in bankruptcy. I have spoken face to face and sent letters to senators, congressmen, USDA, Farm service agency and my governor. I even sent a letter to Pres. Obama and they don’t care. They all give excuses that it is someone else&#039;s department. The day will come when the evil people that have caused this will have their children or grandchildren screwed the same way and wonder why? And the politicians that turn their head on this activity and even support it by giving them bailout and TARP money from our taxes will get theirs someday. Until then I will continue to feed them and their families while they spit on me.
